Harlena Warford, Aan ya Kuxwadagu, passed September 11, 2014. She was Raven/Kaach.adi (Land Otter) clan, child of the Chookaneidi, grandchild of the Wooshkeetaan.

Harlena learned Tlingit songs and protocol from Amy Marvin, which enabled Harlena to strengthen the Tlingit nation.

Harlena was preceded in death by parents Bill Wilson Sr and Elsie (Hanson) Wilson, grandparents Louie and Mary Hanson and Lincoln and Mary Gordon; uncle Robert Hanson; stepmother Mary Wilson; sisters Nina Dick, Emily Bezezekoff, Harlena Wilson; brother Alan Wilson; grandchildren Harlena and Brian Sanders; niece Janice Bean.

Harlena is survived by her husband Steve; daughters Nina Sanders, Elsie Rucker; sons William Sanders, David Sanders; brother Bill Wilson; brothers-in-law Mike Bezezekoff Sr, Harold Dick Sr.; sisters Starina Johnson; Barbara Katasse; Lillian (Ernest) Hillman; Genevieve Cook; Nicki (John) Shelton. Nephews: Mike Jr and Steve Bezezekoff, Harold Dick Jr. Nieces: Darlene See, Cathy Bezezekoff, Edna Skaflestad, Amelia Wilson, Evanne Katasse, Emily Johnson.

Pallbearers: Gordon Greenwald, John Shelton, Keith Skaflestad, Richard Dalton Jr, Brian Roberts.
