Jennifer Lynn (Hilbert) Clafin passed away on November 28, 2014 after a brief illness at the age of 44, in Juneau, AK. She was born to Ronald and Nancy Hilbert on March 6, 1970 in Carringbah (Sydney) New South Wales, Australia. Jennifer moved to Juneau from Washington State at the age of 9 with her family. She was a graduate of JD High, Class of 1988. She worked in a variety of customer service positions, most recently with Delta Alaska Wholesales as a bookkeeper.

She is survived by her parents, sister Andrea Jones (Jared). Tree children, Kristopher (K.C) Clafin, of Poulsbo; Washington; Asya Clafin; Cory Bryant, Jr. and her partner Cory Bryant, Sr. of Juneau. Granddaughter Miyla Mendez of Kingston, Washington ; grandfather Grady Hodge of San Diego, California, and numerous family members in the lower 48 and Australia.

At her request, there will be no services held, her ashes will be scattered at sea in the Spring.

Her family is grateful for the outstanding services of Juneau Hospice and requests, in lieu of flowers, that any donations be made to Juneau Hospice.
