Kenneth was born in Heppner, Oregon to Richard and Esther (Holweger) Spray. He was raised in Spokane, Washington, where he graduated high school. He met and married his childhood sweetheart, Georgia Williams on February 25, 1966. He served his country in the United States Navy. After a medical discharge he went on to become a Union Representative – his life's work. He lived in Juneau Alaska from 1972 until 1988 and most recently he worked with the UFCW Local #555 in Tigard, Oregon.
He enjoyed his work, spending time with his children and grandchildren and enjoyed fishing. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 46 years, Georgia Spray, his children, William R. Spray and Yvonne (Daniel) Fink; grandchildren, Rachelle Bonnett, Keaunna Fink, Benjamin Spray and Sarah Spray; great-grandson Li'l Ben Spray; brother Dick (Janice) Spray; sister, Judy (Chuck) Hoferer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Contributions may be made in his memory to the . A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
