LeRoy "Lee" Armstrong, 62, died quietly in his home in Juneau, April 15, 2018.

Lee was born May 14, 1955, in Kennewick Washington. His family moved to Juneau in 1968, and Lee was a graduate of Juneau Douglas High School. After school he joined the army, and was part of the Black Ops division. He served in Vietnam and various other countries over the years. We thank him for his service.

Once back in Juneau he became a general contractor and was the sole owner of ARECON LLC. He built many commercial and residential buildings not only in Juneau but throughout SE Alaska

Lee is survived by his wife, Vickie Hutton, dog Sam, brother Rowdy Armstrong (Delia) of Florida, step-brother Jack Prescott (Melody) of Missouri and 2 nephews, Justin and Christian Armstrong.

Lee was a loving, honest and loyal husband, brother, friend and mentor. He will be missed, never forgotten and always loved.

There will be a Celtic Wake at their home, 25020 Glacier Hwy, on Saturday, May 19th at 3 pm.
