Patricia L. Wheaton was born in Buffalo, NY October 3, 1958 to John and Virginia Clark. She left us much too soon on May 26, 2014, surrounded by family, and passed peacefully. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Dennis and Steven Clark, and grandson Jeremiah. She is survived by her children Christina, Kevin, Patrick Wheaton, and Betsy Davey, and grandchildren Alana, Kamaile, Aidan, Trevyn, and one to be announced. She is also survived by siblings Ray, Sandy, John, Mark, Liz, and Chris, many nieces and nephews, and her former husband Harvey Wheaton.

Pat loved her family, friends, canines, and many unofficially adopted kids. Her door was always open, and she never left someone in need if she could help at all. Pat had an open and caring heart, and tried always to make light of hard situations. She lived in several towns in Alaska, but Juneau was her home. She worked for many years for the State of Alaska, most recently for the Alaska Permanent Fund. Her co-workers were always well supplied with candy and treats, and she was well known for her sense of humor.

Pat was deeply loved by her family, and her many friends. She will be truly missed.

In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated and her ashes will be spread at a later date.
