Stephen James Hallum of Fairbanks, Alaska passed to be with the Lord on March 1, 2017 in Fairbanks.
Stephen was born the 23rd of December, 1993 to Kevin and Christina Hallum at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Stephen was raised as a child in Fairbanks alongside his father, mother and beloved sister Sabrina Marie Hallum.
During his teenage years, he spent some time in Pahoa, Hawaii but grew up in Juneau, Alaska where we enjoyed fishing and hunting together up the Taku River with his family and friends.
Stephen was a mischievous, loving boy whose smile and bright green eyes would light up any room. Stephen was full of adventure and had a profound love of the extreme and the outdoors from snowboarding and fishing to hunting and took so much pride in everything he did. Stephen loved his family with all his heart, soul and life. He will be dearly missed by everyone he touched with his charming sweet soul.
Stephen is preceded in death by his grandfather Gordon James Hallum of Juneau, Alaska his grandfather Stephen Stark Stanton of Fairbanks, Alaska and his mother Christina Marie Stanton-Hallum of Fairbanks, Alaska.
Stephen is survived by his father Kevin James Hallum and step-mother Katrina Hallum of Juneau, Alaska, his sister Sabrina Hallum of Mountlake Terrace, Washington, grandmother Betty Hallum of Juneau, his grandmother Eliza Stanton of Fairbanks, Alaska, and numerous family members and friends
There will be a celebration of life for Stephen at the Sandbar and Grill where both Stephen and Sabrina worked as teenagers on Thursday July 27, 2017 from 4pm to 7pm.
Stephen James Hallum will be placed to rest in peace with his grandfather Gordon James Hallum up the Taku River the weekend of July 29th 2017.
