Thomas J. Wallender, 59, left this life Friday, November 3, 2017. Thomas was married to the love of his life, Tracy Wallender for 18 years. He served his country in the United States coast guard and worked for the Alaskan Marine Highway. He was a firefighter, enjoyed making music, playing guitar and found great delight in making others laugh. He will be sorely missed by many. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jyll Sliter. He is survived by his wife, Tracy Wallender; parents: Raymond and Eleanore Wallender of Watonga, OK; siblings: Timothy Wallender (Carolyn) of Seattle, Leanore Riley (John) of Tupelo, Katherine Lyle (John) of Watonga, Theodore Wallender (Kim) of Wichita and many nephews and nieces. Celebration of his life will be announced at a later time.
