Age 40, died Monday, June 10, 2013. Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Rd, on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 1:30 PM. Entombment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial tributes may be made to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements by the

I was really sorry to hear about Dave's untimely passing. Dave employed me for a short time and I enjoyed working for him. He will be missed.

I'am so very sorry for the families' loss. David was a big part of our family,(like a brother to Mac and Ryan)and he spent a lot of time at our home during his middle and high school years. He will be sorely missed. He has always had a very special place in my heart and always will!!
