He attended Wichita State University and was an avid Shocker fan. His personal interests included golf, travel, and dancing. Ralph volunteered with Meals on Wheels, was a steadfast blood donor, and a member of Midian Shrine. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 54 years Nina, and brothers Fred, Farris, Luke and Tannel. Ralph was always very kind, to friends and strangers alike. I remember him, looking up and down the meat counter, taking care of the slightest detail. He really cared for his customers.

Gary, Shay, Renee ... I am so sorry that your dad is gone. I love your family so very much. You all have been so kind to me and I just want you to know that Uncle Ralph meant a great deal to me. He was very special - you could see God's love in his eyes ... and I will always remember his sweet, precious spirit. We have the hope as believers that we will all be reunited. Though our hearts ache now, we will see him again. Again, I love you all.
