I'm so sorry to learn of Jan's departure. My prayers are with you your family. I'm lucky.. very lucky to have met you and Jan. I have had you and Jan in my memory of good times for years - work events, sports parties and crawfish. Jan was a great friend to all who were fortunate to met her.

Dear Jim and Family,
Janet was such a good friend to Mark and I. K-State tailgating, Little Bear, Garden Plain and Andale events, were made extra special because of Janet. Our kids will greatly miss her, because she was like a second mom to them at the high school, and we will always appreciate that of her.

So sad to hear of Janet's passing. I was a room-mate of hers on Litchfield, late 70's early 80's. We moved to Iowa, but ran into her once on a trip back to Wichita. I am thinking of you and your family at this difficult time.

Dear Kerschen and Hintz families,
I was saddened to hear of your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sadness. I remember Janet as the little tag along sister full of energy and a big smile for everyone. She always had a strong bond and love for where she came from and remembered everyone she ever knew. I remember Janet coming up to me out of nowhere at a K-State game and talking about growing up in Andale. The special thing about it was I had just moved back to Kanasas after being away for 35 years and she still remembered me, picked me out of the crowd and took up the conversation like there was never an interuption in time. I remain amazed to this day and try to pass it on just like Janet. A special person from a great family who passed her personal example on to the next generation.
