Peters, William, 87, WWII Veteran, retired steel pipe oiler and avid toy train collector and model airplane builder, passed away Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012. Bill was preceded in death by his son, William Peters, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Doris Peters; sons, Robert (Pamela) Peters, Corolla, N.C., Donald (Debbie) Peters, Andover; sisters, Nancy Cohill, Margaret Biermann both of Baltimore, Md.; 7 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. Private services will be held.
