Joe was a gentleman and a wonderful person to talk to and spend time with. We visited at many Tucker Automobile Club of America, Inc. Conventions throughout the past two decades and many, many phone calls during that time. Joe was a dedicated individual and was a loyal and wonderful member of TACA.
He will be missed by many people, and I am included in that group.
