CULLISON - Niblett, Charles (Charlie) Franklin, 69, died Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas due to complications to lung cancer. He was born September 5, 1943 in Spiro, OK the son of James and Floy (Sullivan) Niblett. He was employed at the AMPI Milk Producers Incorporated for 30 years and was retired. He served in the US Navy during 1961 - 1964, and was honorably discharged. He married Judy Shifflett and to this union four children were born. They divorced in 1982. He then married D. Joyce Young, they had two children, and divorced in 1984. In 1985 he married Rosemary Cawthon and with her raised three children. He is survived by his wife Rosemary of Cullison, KS; nine children Virginia Grant (Robert), Liberal, KS; Sharon Ann (Fiancee Jimmy), Hartford, AR; James Niblett (Kristen), Cullison, KS; William Niblett (Shelli), Stafford, KS; Kenneth Niblett (Lacy) Preston, KS; Joseph Niblett (Brandy), Wichita, KS; Amanda Mullins (Brian), Blue Springs, MO; Roger Heflin (Sandy), Marysville, WA; Tammy Southren, El Dorado, KS; 24 Grandchildren, and 8 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and four siblings. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 21, 2013 at Larrison Mortuary 300 Country Club Rd., Pratt, KS 67124. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Larrison Mortuary with Pastor Jim Dillon officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Cemetery in Cullison. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Charles Niblett Memorial Fund in care of the mortuary. Condolences can be left at www.larrisonmortuary.com
