Gresham, Christina Louise, 67, loving Wife, Mother and "Mimi," passed away Monday, June 16, 2014. She was born in Evansville, Ind., to A. J. Jackson Joiner V and Mildred Louise (Campbell) Joiner. Christina grew up in Ellinwood, Kan., graduating from Ellinwood High School in 1964 as Valedictorian of her class. She attended Business College and spent her working career as the Office Manager of McCoy Petroleum Corporation. On Aug. 3, 1996, she finally married the love of her life, Gordon Gresham. Christina's greatest joys in life where her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed making jewelry, gardening and loved to try her luck on the slot machines at the casino. She is survived by her husband, Gordon Gresham; children, David Sollars, Jennifer (Brad) Vieux, Angela (W.D.) Wheeler, Brendan (Lisa) Gresham, Melissa Gresham; grandchildren, Amanda (Jason) Laney, Kassidy Sollars, Benjamin Sollars, Jordan Goetzinger, Cooper Goetzinger, Bailey Wheeler, Breana Gresham, Kendyl Gresham, Cassidy Gresham, Tyler Goldman; brothers, Jack (Tricia) Joiner, Donnie (Rosie) Joiner, Mike (Ruth) Joiner; and stepmother, Mary Joiner; and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, A. J. Joiner V and Mildred Louise Joiner, and her brother, Kevin Joiner. Graveside Service 1 p.m., Monday, June 23, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1806 N. Oliver, Wichita, Kan. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on July 12th at a location TBD. An additional notice will be published with this information.
