9/10/1918 - 05/10/2014 "I bet Marge is waiting for you up there with a Scotch," were the last words Amy needed to hear. With her daughter Kathy faithfully by her side, Amy died peacefully on May 10, 2014. Born in Liverpool England, Amy came to the U.S. at age 4 where she resided in Ohio, Florida and finally, Kansas. She enjoyed boating, the ocean and never met a piece of seafood she didn't love. Amy played piano and sang beautifully, she could turn a Red Hot Chili Peppers song into opera. . .and did. Amy has joined her late husband Harley Rosser and great-grandson Jake Leitner to live forevermore in a serene, ocean-front, gated community. She leaves behind her daughters, Kathy Leitner and Sue Rosser, son-in-law, Tom Hedberg and grandchildren, Amy and Ben Leitner. Amy's life will be celebrated by her family with a private service, shrimp feast and a Florida trip to watch the sun set over Clearwater Beach from Palm Pavilion. Condolences may be shared with the family at Cremation Center of Kansas City, 913-384-5566,
