Willie was one of the nicest people to walk on God's Green Earth. Never had an enemy in the world. Descanse en paz mi amigo.

This is Mary Jane, Will's sister. Thank you all for your kind words about Will. He treasured his friends and family. I spoke with him daily on the phone and miss him greatly. However, I know he is with Mom (Sal), cousin Vince, and brother Jimmy Joe and will be watching out for all of us. See you later, Will.....

Men in Monster Suits, cheesy corn, coupons, kindness to every person you met. I will forever be grateful for having known you. You were funny, helpful, thoughtful and caring. We will miss you and yet look forward to catching up when we get there. Thank you Will for the Sunshine you dropped in our lives. Hats off my Friend.

Bill was a wonderful friend. I enjoyed getting to know him at the 21 Club at church. I remember going to him to car shows, watching monster movies with him and going out to dinner. Will shared many good times with us. We will truly miss you, my friend!

We will miss Billy at all the Koehler events. We will not be able to attend the memorial but will be there in spirit. I will think of Billy every time I eat a piece of Tippins pie! Although I know that will be a lot less with him gone, he always brought the Tippins. Love and prayers, The Dors Family!

Bill was with me at my place for our monthly Friday Night Fright Night, which he helped organize. He had a stroke the next morning. Billy was like a little brother to me, having known him for so long and shared so many things together. He called me every day if nothing more than to "check in"...for 30 years. His passing leaves a great void in my life, but I will forever treasure our friendship, laughs, and adventures. God Bless you Bill...and your family.

In early May I ran into Will at the Applebees. Something told me to go shake his hand and say Hi. Not only had we graduated High School together, but later he was a volunteer for me at American Cablevision. Smart man, kind man and soft spoken. Never judgemental. Rest in Peace Willie, and to the family and extended family, God Bless and keep you.

After our 35 year reunion I asked my dearest of friends Cathy what her favorite part was of the entire weekend. She said getting to catch up with and know Will Ostrander more. She proceeded to speak so highly oh him I had only wished I had spent more time with him myself. We will all miss a true gentleman.

I didn't know Will that well - but I knew him enough to know that he was a gem of a person. His simple and caring ways that made everyone feel comfortable, will always be remembered.

My fiancee, Marta Trovillion-Hanson, and I were deeply saddened to learn of Will's passing. We were classmates of his at Southwest High School and rarely saw him without a smile. It was nice seeing him again at the recent 35th year reunion. Are condolences go out to the family.
