So sorry to hear the news about Craig. I knew Craig through the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at SMSU so many years ago. We lost touch since then but as all of the other alum and old college friends, I have many fond memories of a smart and fun-loving Craig at the Pike house. He was a real leader and a super nice guy, too! You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sad to hear the news of Craig's death. I have not seen Craig since the year after graduation from SMSU but I think of those times often as some of the best times of my life. He was a kind and loving person then and I have no doubt that he continued to be all the days thereafter. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I was very shocked and deeply saddened to learn of Craig's passing. I have many fond memories and stories of Craig while we were Pikes at SMSU and while we were both in KC. He was a great friend and very fun to be around during those years.

Although I could tell a few fun, memorable and telling stories of those years in Springfield and KC, I would be remiss if I didn't give him credit for something that proved to be extremely impactful in my life. Craig was very smart, and he scored very high on his first (and I think only) attempt at the Law School SAT test. He scored much higher than I did, definitely prompting me to take the test again to try to improve my score. I improved it quite a bit, and I'm confident that without that higher score I would not have attended the school I ultimately attended, which greatly impacted my career and personal life.

Over the years I have often told the story about how ironically impactful his extraordinary LSAT score was in my life. Craig, I am grateful for that one little thing that turned out to be so big for me, and also for the memories of all of the great times we shared together during those fun years. May you rest in piece my old friend, and my sincerest condolences to your family.

Although I'd lost contact with Craig over the last 30 years, I'm sure he was still the same considerate and fun loving guy I knew from SMSU and a few years following our graduation. I remember how he & Jerry were always ready to help a friend, even moving in the hot summer heat.

I offer my sincere sympathy and hope that your faith, family and friends will support you in your time of grief.

My thoughts and prayers are with Craig's family. I have many fond memories of Craig from college, including him driving from Springfield, Mo to Montgomery City in a Blizzard to attend my wedding. I regret not seeing or talking with Craig in over 30 years. However, something happened to me the day that Craig passed away that convinced me that Craig is in Heaven and very much with us in Spirit. I was watching the Masters Golf Tournament on TV and trying to figure out what is wrong with my golf swing. Now keep in mind that I hadn't seen nor thought about Craig for many many years. As I was sitting there, I was visualizing Craig playing golf with me back in 1975 and how he used to swing through the ball so well, that he would actually take a step forward during his follow through. I then got up and when outside to practice that swing thought from Craig! Later that evening, I went into watch the rest of the Masters that I had recorded. And that is when I received the email from Mac that Craig had passed away. I was immediately brought to tears. May God Bless you and your family Craig!

Craig and I were close during our three years of law school, and even though we didn't stay in touch regularly, I have very fond memories of that time and have been pleased to get updates from mutual friends. Craig was always thoughtful, warm and caring, not to mention smart, fun and good company. My thoughts go out to Diane and the rest of Craig's family and friends for their loss.

I am shocked and saddened by the news of Craig's passing. I had the privilege to know him in our undergraduate years at Missouri State University and as a brother in Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He was a terrific person with outstanding vision, compassion and caring for others. Those who knew Craig were enriched by him. My prayers for the family.
