We are so sorry for the tragic loss of Jimmy. We are praying for your family during this very difficult time. I will always remember "sweet little Jimmy" when he was 3. What a fine young man Jimmy was. He served his community and country with pride.

I am sorry for your loss. My prayers are with this family!
I knew Officer Lockard through his work as a police officer. As a Children's Division Investigator, he often accompanied me on calls regarding the safety and well being of children. Whenever he arrived on scene, he came with a smile and a wonderful attitude which made the children respond openly to him. Officer Lockard talked about his sons at home and was very proud of them. He truly enjoyed being a father.
Officer Lockard was a good man and he will be missed!
