Mrs. Place was a fine teacher and I enjoyed her objective presentation of material. Lee's Summit in the 1960's had many excellent teachers. I was fortunate to have been a student at LSHS. Class of 1961.

Mrs. Place was one of the best teachers at Lee's Summit. I will always remember her. She will be missed by everyone. My thoughts are with you in this time of loss.

Mrs. Place was one of those teachers you never forget. She was perfect at instructing her students on delicate topics in a most professional no-nonsense way. She certainly left her mark at LSHS and my class of 1968.

Mrs Place was one of my favorite teachers. Several years ago we corresponded by email. I enjoyed that and think she did too. She will be missed by everyone that knew her.
