A great guy always with a smile. Longtime friend and teammate with the Kansas City Avengers.
I remember many great times on the softball field but the one that stands out for me is the throw Paul made from right field to home against New Mexico. The man was out by 10 feet and that throw was a major factor in the Avengers winning the game and tournament.

Sharon
I was shocked to hear about the tragic accident that happened to Paul. We were your neighbors on Parkview many years ago. I have fond memories of him and you and your family. I am saying prayers for you and your family.

Words cannot begin to express how heartbroken we are for the loss of this awesome man. Always smiling. Always willing to help. We had many great years at the FD with Paul. His nickname was Mr. Funk and Wagnalls because there wasn't anything he did not know! He also knew everything about music and helped us win many contests on WHB while listening to the radio at the fire station. There isn't enough room on this page to describe what a wonderful guy Paul was. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. We lost a great brother!

We are thinking of you and your family, Sharon. When I think of Paul, sincere and handsome are the first two words that come to mind. Will try to keep those thoughts and memories of fun times at the station and after but he left this earth to darn soon. Prayers, Jan and Bob Hartley
