RANDAL R. HIGH Obituary
Randal R. High, 60, of Blue Springs, MO, unexpectedly, yet peacefully continued his journey on July 14, 2014 surrounded by those he laughed with, lived for and loved most. In addition to his loving wife and soul-mate of 40 years, Leslie Oxford High, Randy leaves behind his mother, Mazie High of Grain Valley, brother Roger (Becky) High of Grain Valley, Reed (Mary) High of Blue Springs, sister Michelle Carter of Lake Ozark Mo, brother-in-law Kevin (Susan) Oxford of Garfield, AR and ten wonderful nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Warren Reed High, his mother-in-law Rella J. Griffis, father- in-law John S. Oxford, D.C., his maternal grandparents, Loyd and Jewel Lasswell, as well as his paternal grandparents, Findley and Daisy High. For those who knew Randy, it's hard to believe this wonderful, larger than life man is actually gone. His joy of helping others, his talent for working on cars, his breadth of knowledge and his love of the life he shared with Leslie will be sorely missed and are evident in the countless messages of love and support received during Randy's recent illness.
