BATAVIA – Corinne M. Albright, 98, of Batavia passed away Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at her residence. She was born October 25, 1914, in Springfield, the daughter of Nicholas Hugh and Clara Alice (nee Mauer) McRoberts. She was united in marriage to John E. Albright July 26, 1941, in Springfield. |
Corinne was an icon to many – that at age 98, she was still excited and inspired by beauty, that she could laugh and enjoy life, and that she was passionate about flowers, politics, art, music and clothes. She was a consummate seeker of spiritual knowledge and understanding. What's more amazing, she was still open to change to grow deeper spiritually to become a better human being and mother. Many are grateful for her laughter, lessons and example.
