Dale Johnson Obituary
LISLE – Dale R. Johnson of Lisle, 80, passed away Saturday, May 7, at home.
He was born in Geneva and grew up in Batavia.
He attended DePauw University before enlisting in the Air Force. He served in Japan and developed a lifelong affection for Asia. After leaving the service, Dale began his career in the banking industry. His job with First National Bank of Chicago took him to many foreign countries, including a 5-year stay in London, England, with his wife.
Dale is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margi; his sister, Robin Garman from Crawfordsville, Ind.; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at Sacred Heart Monastery Chapel, 1910 Maple Ave., Lisle, IL 60532 on Tuesday, May 17, at 3:30 p.m..
