RICHMOND, Ind. – Kathleen (Hubbard) Bostick, 65, of Richmond, Ind., passed away Monday, April 15, at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Ind. |
Kathy was born in Aurora on Jan. 11, 1948, to James and Mollyanne (Oleson) Hubbard. She graduated from Batavia High School in 1966 and from Carthage College in 1970. She was most recently employed as a crisis specialist for Centerstone Mental Health in Richmond.
Kathy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Hubbard of Batavia.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Bostick of Richmond, Ind.; mother, Mollyanne Hubbard of Batavia; sons, Andrew Flatt (Shahnaz) of Pendleton, Ind., and Gregory Flatt (Elizabeth) of Newburgh, Ind.; brothers, Ronald Hubbard (Rebecca) and Don Hubbard, both of Batavia, and Daniel Hubbard (Susan) of Keller, Texas; step-children, Troy Bostick (Lisa) of Lexington, S.C., Ranae Allen of St. Petersburg, Fla.; grandchildren, Kamille Hawley, Aubrey, Madelyn and Jack Flatt, and Moumita Islam; step-grandchildren, Eli Bostick, Jacob, Amanda and Ryan Allen; and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held at noon Saturday, April 27, at Bethany Lutheran Church in Batavia, with Pastor Steven Srock officiating.
