Marcia Davis Rohrs, 90, a former Geneva and Batavia resident, died on Dec. 17 in Vallejo, Calif. A native of Rochester, Ind., she also lived in Chicago where she met her husband, Edward C. Rohrs, and attended Moser Business School. |
She and Ed raised a large family in Geneva, Batavia and Glen Ellyn, where she also worked as a secretary. She moved to San Francisco in 1980 and retired as a legal secretary at Morrison & Foerster in 1994. Marcia had great style and love of life.
Marcia is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Rohrs; eldest daughter, Camela Rohrs; mother, Lena Rachel Mogle Davis Goss; and father, Charles Augustus Davis.
She is survived by sister, June Schiemann; sons, Chris (Nikki,) Stephen (Susan) and Peter (Laurel) Rohrs; daughters, Rose (Greg) Vallor, Katherine (David) Rohrs-Yeater and Sarah (Joseph) Rohrs; grandchildren, Erik Rohrs, Lindsay Collazo, Elissa Delve, Owen Yeater and Fiona Vallor; great-grandchildren, Keegan Rohrs and Jayden Delve; niece, Suli Nee; and nephew, Carl Rohrs.
