Miriam Irelan Obituary
Died: May 12, 2011; in Geneva
Miriam Louise Irelan (nee Hagerty), 86, died Thursday, May 12, at Delnor Hospital, Geneva.
She was born Aug. 11, 1924, in Bristol, Ind.
She is survived by her daughter, Sally Stancati, and her son-in-law, Anthony Stancati, of St. Charles; grandchildren, Angela Stancati (husband Jarid Funderburg) of Geneva, Jennifer Stancati (husband Aaron Aspinwall) of Batavia and Anthony "TJ" Stancati Jr. (wife Marie Stancati) of Wheaton; great-grandson, Augustine "Augie" Aspinwall; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Irelan; grandchildren, Christopher "CJ" Irelan and Andrew (Drew) Irelan of Elkhart, Ind.; Arthur Hagerty (wife Marillyn Hagerty) of Union, Mich.; and nieces and nephews from both families.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Robert O. Irelan of Bristol, Ind.; and her son, John Irelan of Elkhart, Ind.; and parents, Arthur Hagerty and Esther Zeigler Hagerty.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, at the Bristol United Methodist Church in Bristol, Ind.
