Patricia A. Hanlon Obituary
Patricia A. Hanlon

Born: May 29, 1931

Died: November 9, 2018

Patricia A. Hanlon, age 87, passed peacefully into the arms of her loving Savior on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Rebekah Haven Assisted Living.

She was born on May 29, 1931 in Kane, Pennsylvania to the late Charles and Ethel Rimer. Although they moved frequently when she was a child, she spent the majority of her life in Geneva, Illinois. She graduated from Geneva Community High School in 1949. She was a long time member of United Methodist Church of Geneva and remained active there until 2016 when she moved to Green Bay to be near her daughter.

She had multiple careers that included being a Tupperware dealer and a receptionist in various medical offices, including Staker Chiropractic in Geneva.

Whether it was her work with the Stephen Ministry, driving people to the airport or making prayer shawls, Pat loved serving others.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (William) Schneider, of Luxemburg, WI.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brian Hanlon.

Services will be held at the United Methodist Church of Geneva, 211 Hamilton St., Geneva, IL, on Friday, November 23, 2018 at 4:00pm. Friends may call from 3:00 to 4:00pm Friday at the church. There will be a light supper following the service. Interment will be in the Columbarium at the church. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the United Methodist Church of Geneva towards their 3rd Tuesday suppers or the Benevolence Fund at Bethel Baptist Church in Green Bay.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Rebekah Haven for the loving care they extended to Pat over the last year and a half. They would also like to thank Marsha Habegger for the hours she spent with Pat while she was in Geneva, in order to make sure she had everything she needed.
