Phillip Perlinski Obituary

Died: May 30, 2011; in Geneva

ELBURN – Phillip James Perlinski, 62, of Elburn, passed away Monday, May 30, 2011, at Delnor Hospital in Geneva.

He is survived by his loving wife, Karen of Elburn; a sister, Maribeth Skraski of Rock Island; and a family of friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Virginia and Thaddeus Perlinski.

Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., with a memorial service to follow at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2010. Private family burial will occur at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name to benefit his favorite charities. Checks may be made to the "Phillip Perlinski Memorial" and mailed in care of P.O. Box 66, Elburn, IL 60119. Tributes may also be forwarded to the same address or on the web at www.conleycare.com.
