Robert William Thrun Obituary

Died: Feb. 17, 2011; in Indiantown, Fla.

JUPITER, Fla. – Robert William Thrun, 63, of Jupiter, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2011, at Indiantown, Fla.

Born in Aurora, he had been a resident of Jupiter for 10 years, coming from McLean, VA.

Prior to retirement, he was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in McLean and Washington D.C. and a member of the American Pilots Association.

Survivors include his children, Justin Brian Thrun and Raymond (Kimberly) Gerami, both of Crofton, MD, and Lisa K. (Michael) Grigsby of Edgewater, MD, and their mother, Linda Kay Thrun of Edgewater; one brother, Gregory (Christine) Thrun of Batavia; one sister, Dianne Thrun Means of Batavia; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and a very special friend, Florence Bonsuk Seiler of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, at the Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home, 250 Center St., Jupiter, Fla.
