I'm so sorry to hear of Justice Dunn's passing. He was a very good man and a very good judge. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked as one of his law clerks for several years.

So sad to hear. I served with Marv on the USS Barton DD-722 in Korea and a 1952 World Cruise. Fond Memories. I admired him for a lot of things bur mostly for his pursuit of Christianity. I will miss him and remember him in my prayers. May the Lord comfort his family
