Lewis E. Lew Larsen

1928 - 2013

Lewis E. Lew Larsen, 85, of Kenosha, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at his residence.

Born in Kenosha on July 11, 1928, he was the son of the late Oscar and Mary (Verbonac) Larsen. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he was educated in local schools. Lew served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

On June 9, 1956, he married Colleen Kraemer at St. George Catholic Church.

Lew was employed in the sales department of Ladish Tri-Clover until his retirement in 1990. He had been a former member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.

Surviving Lew are wife, Colleen of Kenosha; a son, Mark (Catherine) Larsen of Ocean City, MD; a sister, Dorothy Felber of Mt. Pleasant, Wis.; four grandchildren, David, Eric, Hayley and Annika; and two nephews, Bradley (Sharon) Felber of North Prairie, Wis., and Michael (Patricia) Felber of Kenosha.

He was preceded in death by a nephew, Paul Felber.

As per Lews wishes, all services will be private. Memorials to the charity of ones choice in Lews name would be appreciated by the family.
