I worked for Frank at the cemetery in the mid 80's. He was a great character, we always had a laugh and a still recall some if his quotes--but won't write them here! A nice guy and a great boss. Condolences to his family.

Uncle Francis was such a fun loving guy to be around - he always had a come-back on things. I remember going to his retirements party & called him Uncle Francis - he had to pull me aside & told me I was the only person that got away with calling him by his given name. Will miss his witty humor. Love you - Uncle Francis

We remember spending time together with Frank and my cousin Marion when we lived in Kenosha many years ago. Seeing his photo reminds me of how little he has changed over the years. He will be missed.
