Helen Mary Pasquali
1919 - 2014
Helen Mary Pasquali, 94, formerly of Kenosha, late of Phoenix, Ariz., died at home on Friday, May 30, 2014.
She was born on Sept. 25, 1919, to the late Alex and Martha (Palucissina) Potente. She graduated from Kenosha High School on Jan. 28, 1938. Helen and her sister, Esther, owned and operated a corner grocery store. Helen worked as an executive secretary at American Motors. On Jan. 5, 1951, she married Louis Pasquali. Helen was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church. She relocated to Phoenix in 2007, where she lived out the remainder of her life.
Helen will be remembered by patrons of Pasqualis Bar in Kenosha for her Mrs. Ps Beef and by her family for her homemade ravioli. She loved gardening, reading and current affairs.
Helen is survived by her loving children, Mary (Alan) Corradini of Phoenix, JoAnn Pasquali of Kenosha and John Pasquali of Phoenix; her grandsons, Alan (Lisa) Corradini of Phoenix, Chad Corradini of N. California and Craig Denny of Portland; her great grandsons, Quinn and Cash Corradini of Phoenix, and her sister Esther Taleronik of Kenosha. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Lukes and her sister Angeline Tillman.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at St. Marys Catholic Church (7307 40th Ave.) followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. George Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to
(1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, AZ 85014) sent in Helens name. Bruch Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
