1932 - 2013
Johannah Kushman, Grandma JoJo, 80, of Kenosha died Saturday, May 18, 2013 at St. Catherines Medical Center in Pleasant Prairie, surrounded by all her children and grandchildren.
She was born July 29, 1932 in Kenosha the daughter of the late Earl and Lillian ((Robbins) Schlitz. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. She was a homemaker and worked as a waitress, and also at Quaker Industries and American Fiber-velope.
Her hobbies were gardening, cooking, baking and doing puzzle books. She showed her love best by cooking and baking for her loved ones.
Survivors include three children, Robin (Dwain) Callis of Racine, Dawn (Adam) Reiter of Camas, Wash., Scott Kushman of Kenosha; three brothers, George (Gloria) Schlitz of Kenosha, Joseph (Jean) LaFayette of Kenosha, Robert (Gayle) Besch her godson of Box Elder, S.D.; two sisters, LaVina Hudock of Northern Wisconsin, LaVerne (David) Borger of Rapid City, S.D.; seven grandchildren Candice (Keith) Kuhtz, Jennifer (Richard Julius) Callis, Kevin (Tara) Callis, Jason Reiter, Amanda Reiter, Alicia Hanson, and Christopher Kushman, four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents a daughter Cheryl Pass, infant son Wayne, two brothers Earl (Bud) Schlitz, John Schlitz, and a sister Dorothy Howard.
A visitation with the family will be Wednesday May 22, 2013 from 5 7 p.m. at Kenosha Funeral Services.
