Ned was a super racquet ball partner. Always gave me a run for the money. He was a supportive Kenosha colleague and friend in good times and bad. To learn via a UMC Wisconsin Conference postcard arriving today that he has passed into eternity makes me feel acute sadness. Yet I am drawn to remember the goodness he embodied for me. My thoughts and prayers are with Ned's family and friends.

My sympathies to your family. I remember Ned as my 5th grade Phys Ed teacher in Glenwood City, WI prior to his going into the ministry. He was a kind person and I have fond memories of being in his class.

So sorry. I remember Ned with great fondness as we would play golf together at Pastor's school. Talk about following the rules.
