Jacklind Xenia "Jackie" Stoner

1957 - 2017

Jacklind Xenia "Jackie" Stoner, 60, of Kenosha, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017, after a short battle with Ovarian Cancer.

Born in Kenosha on May 24, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl Giannola.

She was united in marriage to George Stoner.

She was employed as an office manager with Super Valu Foods for 20 years.

Jackie always brought passion and enthusiasm to the things she loved; children, animals, baking; especially cakes, trying her luck at the casinos, or traveling with her husband. She was always willing and eager to help others by being involved with different charities. Over the years, Jackie organized many fundraisers.

She was a devoted and adoring wife, mother, grandmother, godmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Above all, Jackie loved her family and friends. She will be remembered by them for her amazing sense of humor and selflessness.

Jackie is survived by her husband of 23 years, George Stoner; her daughter, Gina (Frank) Montemurro; her step-son, Jason (Sarah) Stoner; her grandson, Frank, Jr., her sisters, Bonnie (Joe) Gogola, and her twin, Cassie Giannola; and her brothers, Sam (Brenda) and Leonard (Karen) Giannola.

She is further survived by her niece, Jaime Gogola; her nephews, Michael (Tracy) and Brian Gogola, Joey and Danny Cardinali and Matthew Giannola; and great nephews, Brayden and Jonah Gogola.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, David Lerdahl; a sister, Janet Cardinali, and a brother, Joe Giannola, Jr.

A visitation honoring Jacklind's life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home. Private interment will take place in St. George Cemetery.
