Mary says of her experiences at STM. "I had wonderful students [at STM] all along and I really appreciate all the support I have had from the administration, some of them are my friends today. For me, it wasnt just a job, but an experience. I enjoyed coming to School everyday." On December 8, 2012 she was the first woman inducted into the St. Thomas More Alumni Hall of Fame. Mary was dedicated to her home parish of Sacred Heart of Jesus serving on numerous committees, volunteering constantly, and singing in the choir. She lived at Howard Village assisting with Masses and volunteering there. Special thanks to Horizon Hospice and Ramsey Woods for their loving care. Memorials to St. Thomas More High School or Sacred Heart of Jesus Church appreciated.
