Lorraine I. Anderson

1918 - 2014

Lorraine I. Anderson, 96, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Friday, April 25, 2014 at Kenosha Hospital.

She was born on March 4, 1918, to the late Peter and Helen Malsack in Beaver Dam. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha.

Lorraine married Bruce W. Anderson in June of 1948. He preceded her in death in August of 1958.

Lorraine worked at Coopers during the war. She also worked at the Brown National Bank as a janitress for many years.

Lorraine was a friend of the First United Methodist Church.

Lorraine enjoyed sewing, gardening, being outdoors, traveling, cooking, enjoyed all types of music and loved kidding around.

Lorraine is survived by her loving children, Linda Gail Anderson of Kenosha and William Peter (Brenda Lee) Anderson of Belvidere, Ill.; and her sister, Adeline Kreuser of Kenosha.

She is preceded in death by her siblings, Peter in infancy, Jerry Malsack, Sylvia Surprise, LaVerne Vranak, Eugene Malsack, Suzie Rosenberg and Roman Malsack.

Funeral Services for Lorraine will be held on Monday, April 28, at 6 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Private interment will be held on Tuesday at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.

The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Zeihen and the staff of Brookside Care Center for the loving compassionate care given to Lorraine.
