Kay Kelly, 70, of Kenosha, passed away on Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, at United Hospital Systems Kenosha Campus.
She was born on Sept. 26, 1942, in Waukegan, Ill., a daughter of the late Harley and Ella Burnheimer Yoder.
On June 22, 1962, Kay married George Kelly at 1st United Methodist Church in Kenosha. She enjoyed being a home maker and was an avid pool player and loved the Packers and Badger football games.
Surviving Kay are her husband, George of Kenosha; three sons, Richard (Dawn) of Greenfield, Wis., Michael and Thomas of Kenosha; one brother, Don (Marilyn) Yoder of Florida; three grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her three brothers; Harley Jr., Richard, Stuart, and one sister Phyllis Wegner.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Proko Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6 p.m. until time of service at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Lung Society American Lung Association 3000 Kelly Ln, Springfield, IL 62711.
