Ann P. Pier

1955 - 2015

Ann P. Pier, 51, of Kenosha, passed away, Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015, at Aurora Medical Center.

She was born on Aug. 30, 1955, to the late Elmer and Ann (Grudzinski) Morton in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Ann received her degree in nursing.

Ann worked as an RN at Kenosha Hospital for several years.

Ann is survived by her sons, Bryan (Destiny) Pier and Christopher Pier, both of Kenosha and her siblings Barbara Bernett, Luane (Larry Sullivan) Kohnke, Lucille (Dale) Morton-Anderson, James Morton, Elmer Morton and Kenneth (Linda) Kuehnl.

Two sisters Paula Onstad and Patricia Simpson, a brother John Morton, a niece Tracy Bernett, and a nephew Christian Kuehnl precede her in death.

A Memorial Visitation for Ann will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 29, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Memorials would be appreciated to the family.

Ann Morton Pier was a beloved, respected member of the Queensmen drum and bugle corps of the Holy Rosary church on 22nd Avenue at 45th Street.
In 1986, Ann was part of the Queensmen Alumni reunion at the Kenosha Civic Veterans Parade.
