Dear Donna, Diane, Austin and family,
It was with great sadness that I read this morning of Debbie's passing. She was a dear friend as we grew up and attended St. Rita and then Angela Merici. Debbie was always great fun and we shared many memories of those years! Though we kept up a bit through the years, it was not as consistently as I wish we had. I cared for her father during his difficult terminal illness and then saw Debbie again at BCBS when I gave a talk a few years ago on cardiac diagnostic procedures. I'm sorry I didn't get to see her recently or even know she was ill. I know she was close to her family and am sure you will miss her terribly.
I always thought of her on her birthday, May 22, which was the day after my Mother's and thus easily brought to mind.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
