CRITCHLEY Virginia Norine, 63, began her journey to heaven on Thursday, July 25, at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She was born Oct 5, 1949 to the late Pete and Virginia Merilic in Alexandria, VA. She is survived by her family who she dearly loved; husband of 40 years, James Robert Critchley of Versailles, KY; son Matthew Critchley of Versailles, KY; son Shannon Critchley and his wife Ashley of Nich-olasville, KY; and 6 grandchildren Lora Paige and Connor Patrick Critchley, and Cody, Caitlyn, Caleb and Branden Cochran. She work-ed 15 years for the University of Kentucky Animal Sciences Department before retiring due to medical disabilities. She loved to be around people and was an inspiration to others even while experiencing severe pain for many ears. She greatly enjoyed singing in the choir and sharing her strong faith in fellowship with her Troy Presbyterian Church family. She supported many organizations and was a member of the Women Of The Moose (WOTM). Her last selfless act of life and love was as an organ donor with the Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates (KODA). A memorial service to celebrate her love and life will be Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 2pm in the sanctuary of the Troy Presbyterian Church, 11021 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY 40383, with Minister David Duggan officiating. A reception will follow in the Troy Center.
