Keller, Edwinia Louise - Lexington  
KELLER Edwenia "Wennie" Louise, 67, wife of Gary A. Keller, passed away Sat, May 21, 2016. Born in Lexington, she was the daughter of Charles and Agnes Coyle. She was a member of Ashland Avenue Baptist Church, a volunteer at the Humane Society, and an officer of Ladies of Harley. Other than her husband she is survived by two sons, Bryant (April) Keller, and Charles (Jenny) Keller; grandchildren, Joshua Keller, Samantha Young, Robert Keller, and Thomas Keller; and great-grandchildren, Paisley Keller, and Raelyn Keller. A funeral service will be held 12:30pm Wed at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Road. Burial will follow in Keene Cemetery. Visitation will be Wed from 10:30-12:30pm at the funeral home.

Koegel, Amy - Lexington  
KOEGEL Amy, 43, passed away Fri, May 20, 2016. Amy was born in Baldwin, NY on Dec 31, 1972 to Robert J. and Maryann Capillo Koegel. She was a graduate of Baldwin High School and received her bachelor's degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She was a former employee at Christie's Auction House in NYC and most recently was working on art restoration. Amy was a member of Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, board member for the Community Action Council, and a Girl Scout Troop leader. Along with her parents she is survived by her three children, Robert W., Sarah T., Catherine S., brother, Stephen (Ellen) Koegel, Charlotte, NC, sister, Eileen (Donald) Howell, Tacoma, WA, uncles, John Capillo, Berea, KY, Jim Capillo, Lexington, Walter Koegel, N Babylon, NY, George (Ann) Koegel, FL, 4 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 grandnephew, and several 1st and 2nd cousins and extended family. Memorial Visitation will be held on Thu, May 26th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Milward-Southland. Memorial Mass will be held at 10am on Fri, May 27th at Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will take place at a later date at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York. Kruschwitz, John - Louisville  
LOUISVILLE - John W. Kruschwitz, 94, died May 20, 2016, at Treyton Oak Towers in Louisville, KY. He was a retired pastor having served at various churches including May's Lick Baptist Church (1946-1949), Sand Spring Baptist Church, Lawrenceburg (1949-1955), Versailles Baptist Church (1955-1971), and Highland Hills Baptist Church, Fort Thomas (1971-1987). He was active in Kentucky Baptist life, serving on many committees and was president of the Kentucky Baptist Convention in 1977-1978. In retirement, he was Field Representative and Teacher at Boyce Bible School (1987-1996), Representative of the President at Baptist Homes for Children (1995-2004) and Interim Pastor in several churches around Kentucky (1987-1995). He is survived by his wife of 71 years Betty Jean Kruschwitz; two daughters, Karen Petty, Venice, FL, and Sara League, Frankfort; sons-in-law Allen Petty and Bennie League; grandson John League and wife Lera and great grandchildren Reed and Madeleine. Visitation will be at Pearson's Funeral Home, 149 Breckinridge Lane, Louisville, on Wednesday, May 25, 10am-12noon followed by the funeral service at 12noon. Memorial gifts may be made to the Benevolence Fund, Immanuel Baptist Church, 1075 Collins Lane, Frankfort, KY 40601 or Treyton Oak Towers Employee Christmas Fund, 211 W. Oak Street, Louisville, KY 40203.
