Larry , Doug ,and your families- I am sorry to hear about the loss of Big Lloyd. He was always the best uncle and I always had the best times visiting in Lexington, going to the club to swim, eating in the back yard, eating ice cream and cookies in front of the TV in the evening. I am thinking of you all and will miss him

Doug, Larry,
I loved Big Lloyd. Always a big smile, always a friend. You don't forget. We lived too far apart to keep things kindled. I will miss him. I miss you guys.

To all the Robertses, Larry & Kathy, Katy & Andy, Doug and his family:
Candy and I loved Big Lloyd and send heartfelt condolences. Since I was a teenager, he has been a faithful and true friend - even took me to play with him in a Winchester bridge tournament in the 50s!
More than 50 years later, he had become my favorite doubles partner, trusted confidante, my insurance man, my guide and a loved one. His indefatigable spirit, deep humility and senses of honor and humor set Lloyd apart. I never heard him say a cruel or unkind word against anyone.
He most enjoyed telling me of the great successes of his sons and grandchildren
Rest gently, Big Lloyd, until we meet again. Fondest reagards, Graddy Johnson
