Lovilla Schneider

CYNTHIANA - Lovilla J. McCarty Schneider, age 78, Cynthiana, died Monday, May 12, 2014 at her residence. Born in Johnson County, December 27, 1935 to the late Woodrow Wilson and Dovie Blanton McCarty, she was a homemaker, a seamstress at Jockey International and a dietician at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Schneider was a lifelong member of United Baptist Church in Low Gap, attended First Church of God, enjoyed golfing, motorcycling riding, playing cards and square dancing and was an avid bowler with many leagues. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard W. Schneider; a sister, Phyllis Bush and a brother, Marvin Kendall McCarty. She is survived by two sons, Roger (Sherry) Schneider and Randall (Klaetta) Schneider, both of Cynthiana; a daughter, Deborah (Ronnie) Feeback, Cynthiana; three brothers, Onley (Sandy) McCarty, Rosenberg, Texas, Wendall (Donna) McCarty, Louisville and Phillip (Charlotte) McCarty, Cynthiana; a sister, Adeline (Herb) Yontz, Flat Woods; six grandchildren, Melissa Prather, Rebecca Sturgill, Pamela Meadors, Jenny Henson, Cody Whalen and Zach Schneider; three step-grandchildren, Michael Feeback, Brandon Feeback and Justin Feeback and six great grandchildren, Isabella Sturgill, Lillian Sturgill, Caitlynn Prather, Maya Prather, Audrey Henson and Sadie Meadors. Funeral services will be conducted 7pm Wednesday at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Dewey Adriel McCarty with visitation at 4pm Graveside service will be 1pm Thursday at Bowling Cemetery in Cannonsburg, Kentucky.
