NICHOLASVILLE - Robert Thomas Morford Sr., 82 widower of Mary Ruth Underwood Morford, died Monday, January 14, 2013 at Saint Joseph Hospital. He was born May 8, 1930 in Garrard County to the late James Herbert and Maude Davis Morford. Survivors include three sons, Robert Thomas (Tracy) Morford -Lexington, Steven Keith (Carol) Morford - Lexington, Randell Lee (Angie) Morford - Lawrenceburg, three grandchildren Logan Thomas Morford, Regina Lynn Morford, Hayley Nichole Morford, one future great-grandchild Adelaide Faith McLane. He was preceded in death by two brothers, James Herbert Morford Jr. and Edwin Morford; two sisters, Nellie Frances Beck and Mary Alice Leach Preston. Services will be Monday 8am at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Buford officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 5-8pm at the funeral home.
