MONDAY Michael Shayne Sr., 44, husband of Amy Leonard Monday, died Thursday, Nov 15, 2012. Born in Charleston, WV, he was a son of the late William Monday and Esther Parr. Survivors other than his wife are six children, Michael Shayne Monday Jr., Delana Monday, Audrey Monday, Wyatt Collins, Katie Monday and Macey Monday; four sisters, Michelle Monday Wagoner, Heidi Canter, Jamie Monday and Brandi Canter; two stepchildren, Colleen and Joshua Jackson; his stepfather, Phillip; and a host of other relatives. Funeral services will be 10am Monday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home Main Street by Rev. Kathy Riley and Pastor Tim Thompson. Burial will be in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 5-8pm Sunday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Presbyterian Church, PO Box 239, Morehead, KY 40351.
