PHELPS Lois Frances Fotsch, 86, wife of the late William Howard Phelps, Jr., died on May 1, 2013. She was the daughter of the late George and Anna Marie Fotsch and sister of the late Anne Holman and George Bernard Fotsch, Jr. As a dedicated member of St. Paul Catholic Church she served as a former president of the Ladies Altar Society and was one of the first female Eucharistic ministers. She is survived by two sons, William Howard Phelps, III, and Daniel Phelps; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nephews. Over the years she enjoyed her beloved dogs Mandee and Peaches. Funeral Mass, Monday, 11:30am, St. Paul Catholic Church with burial following at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation, Monday, 10-11am at Milward-Broadway. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church, Hospice of the Bluegrass, or the .
