GEORGETOWN - Louise Brockman Hambrick, 90, widow of Millard Byar Hambrick died Friday, July 19,2013 at Signature Health Care. A native of Georgetown, she was the daughter of the late Hattie Moss and J. Bernice Brockman and was a life member of the Georgetown First United Methodist Church and the church choir. She was a charter member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Meals on Wheels Program for many years. She also sang with a group that visited Nursing Homes in Georgetown and Paris. She is survived by a daughter: Terry (Bill) Willoughby, a son: Jody (Judy) Hambrick, five grandsons: Chris B. and Tony D. Hambrick, Steven M., Charles W., and Jeremy N. Willoughby; twelve great grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Helyn Hambrick Smith. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeannie B. Hambrick, four brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be 11am Wednesday at Johnson's Funeral Home by Dr. Larry Hall and Rev. Greg Gallaher. Burial will be in the Georgetown Cemetery. Mrs. Hambrick's Grandsons will serve as casket bearers. Visitation will be 5-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
