CYNTHIANA - Hiram Wilson, 86, of Cynthiana, died Saturday April 5, 2014, at the Cedar Ridge Health Care Campus. Mr. Wilson was born April 28, 1927 in Clay Co., KY, a son of the late James Henry and Lucyann Hensley Wilson. He was a member of the Webster Ave. Church of God, the Montgomery Masonic Lodge #94 the Scottish Rite and Shrine. He was retired from General Electric in Ohio. Survivors include his wife Mayme Hamblin Wilson, one son, Hiram Daryl (Sharon) Wilson, Pigeon Forge, TN, two daughters, Ruth (Sonny) Hatterick, Cynthiana, Vicki (Wayne) Warman, Milford, Ohio, one brother, James (Vivian) Wilson, Cincinnati, Ohio, 7 grandchildren, Key Hatterick, Kyle Hatterick, Joe Brett (Angie) Hatterick, James C. Wilson, Jenna (Jim) Florkey, Eric Warman, Aaron Warman, 7 great grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia, Gabrielle, Ashlyn and Gracye Jo Hatterick, Caitlyn and Corinne Florkey. Funeral services will be 10am Wednesday April 9, 2014 at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Gary Stith and Rev. Rudolph Hamblin. Burial will follow the service in the Irvine Hill Cemetery, Clay Co., KY. Friends may call from 5-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
